In-person private sessions are the pinnacle of personal training.

In person sessions take place in my personal gym with high end equipment from brands like REP Fitness, Rogue Fitness, and Titan Fitness. Experience all the specialty equipment that you can’t find anywhere else but get the luxury of having commercial-like gym quality, without all the gym weirdos (you know who we’re talking about).

Feel more comfortable in your own space? Great, I can come to you. We’ll talk about what equipment you have and I’ll take care of bringing the rest.

Getting fit should be fun, right?! My goal is to make one-on-one sessions enjoyable and light. We’ll use a combination of weights, bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, bosu balls and MORE!
